‘Arrow’ First Look: The Count Makes His Debut
The Count has made his way to Starling City.
Thanks to TVGuide.com, ‘Arrow’ fans now have the opportunity to get a look at Seth Gabel as The Count, a character modeled off of the DC villain Count Vertigo.
In comparison to his counterpart, The Count is just as savvy and just as “diabolical,” but is more of “entrepreneur” than a mastermind. The Count has no qualms that his drug is killing people and even may relish in its deaths. This is certainly a character that loves in spite of the consequences and has no problem fighting back with full force when push comes to shove.
Seth Gabel will first be introduced on January 30 in the aptly named episode “Vertigo.” The Count has created a new designer drug called “Vertigo” that has taken the club scene by storm, with deadly effect following in its wake. Thea, falls victim to the drug which prompts Oliver to make The Count, priority number one.
But as revenge becomes his motivation, Arrow/Oliver finds out that trying to take down this new opposition may be harder than it seems especially when the so called Count has no problem using any means necessary to ensure he stays in business.
‘Arrow’ airs Wednesdays at 8/7c on The CW.
